Located at 1 Jones Street in San Francisco, the Hibernia Bank Building has a long and interesting history. Tragically, it has been left to rot over the past 30 years, however, like a phoenix from the flame, the HBB will rise again!

I want to open a School of Rock at this location. I have begun communications with head of SoR since spring of 2012. It is my dream. To get the kids off that corner and into my school of music and arts. Not to be confused with Art Academy. My school will be performance orientated. Music and all that comes with Music. Instruments, sheet music, vocals, dance. That building is silently screaming for youth. Even birds have taken up residence at front door. Singing and chirping.
