Located at 1 Jones Street in San Francisco, the Hibernia Bank Building has a long and interesting history. Tragically, it has been left to rot over the past 30 years, however, like a phoenix from the flame, the HBB will rise again!

Do you know who owns the building?
I agree that it is an embarrassment that this building has been left to rot.
Let see what we can do to make something happen.

A group of local officials (including SF Arts Commission director Luis Cancel) and arts/media group representatives toured the Hibernia on Aug. 19.
An NBC 11 camera crew covered the story, and Chronicle reporter John Cote wrote about it for Wednesday's edition:
